Wine Tour Terms & Conditions
Cancellations by Us:
On very rare occasions, DiVINE Wine Tours of Virginia may have to cancel all or part of a tour, including as a result of insufficient sales. If we cancel a public tour, you will have the opportunity to book another date. If we cancel a private tour, you will receive a full refund.
Customer Cancelations / Missed Tours:
There are no refunds within one week of the tour. We lay down deposits and orders we make in advance with vendors. Sorry! No Refunds for missed tours – No Exceptions. Please try not to miss the tours! We are mainly interested in your attendance as it gives us great joy to show you what we have prepared for you! We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancelations of customer trips that result from weather, mechanical difficulties, sickness, family emergencies that may occur during or prior to your trip.
No alcohol or other intoxicants are allowed in the vehicle prior to the first winery visit. No alcohol purchased at the wineries may be consumed in the vehicle.
No outside alcohol, including alcohol containers, are allowed in or around the wineries. If caught, both the winery and DiVine can incur serious consequences including loss of license. Any fines will be forwarded to the offending party.
Tours depart on time:
Please accept this friendly reminder that PUBLIC wine tours need to depart no later than10:31am. Private tours will depart at their previously scheduled time. Should you be late and miss the tour, please see the Missed Tours section above. Further, even if you have already checked in for the tour with one of our staff members and you decide you need to separate from us for bathroom, coffee or whatever – – the tour is still going to depart on-time without you.
Sorry, no refunds for those that separate from the tour or fail to comply with our tour departure times.
DiVINE Wine Tours respects your privacy and will keep your personal information private. We never give out any information to third-parties. Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. We never keep credit card number information on file for any reason.
Shuttle Cleanliness / Damage:
Different from a movie theatre or a ballpark, we do request our customers clean up after themselves and dispose of any trash generated during the trip (private or public tour). We reserve the right to impose a fee for any damage done to the shuttle or any out of the ordinary cleaning made necessary by our passengers.
DiVINE Wine Tours and each individual Winery reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any type of misconduct or inebriation either in the vehicle, in a public place, or on private property while on a tour. In the event that a passenger(s) is refused service in the middle of the tour, a separate vehicle will be sent to return the passenger(s) to their pick up location at the passenger’s expense, which will be automatically charged to the passenger’s credit card on file.
DiVINE Wine Tours reserves the right to make any change necessary to the wineries, the order of the tour and vehicles scheduled for the tour. Note that scheduled pick up and drop off times may vary unavoidably depending upon road conditions or traffic.
These terms and conditions are to the Agreement between the passenger, the credit card holder and/or the person ordering, each of whom is or may be named on the reservation form, (collectively “Customer”), and DiVINE Wine Tours of Virginia, LLC. (“DiVINE Wine Tours”). The Agreement, when executed and received by DiVINE Wine Tours, supersedes all other agreements or understanding, either verbal or in writing.
